SFCC’s Social Skills Saturday is a fantastic opportunity for pre-teens and teens to self-improve. The Social Skills Saturday Program will improve your teen’s resilience and coping strategies & boost their self-esteem. They will be able to learn all these skills while participating in community service projects like food banks, volunteering & helping out the community.

Participants in the program will make a meaningful impact in their community and improve their social norms and etiquette. These activities also provide a platform for clients to build social skills across various settings.

By incorporating evidence-based modalities, which include Token economy, CBT & DBT, SFCC ensures that the leadership program is grounded in research and provides adequate support for participants.

Holistic Approach

  • Our Program takes a holistic approach to mental health. Recognizing the importance of physical well-being. We will incorporate yoga, exercise, and nutrition education to promote a healthy lifestyle, as these factors can significantly impact mental well-being.

Long-Term Support

  • Our program is not a one-time event but an ongoing one every Saturday. We strive to provide consistent and continuous support, enabling teenagers to develop lasting skills and coping mechanisms to positively influence their mental well-being beyond the program duration.
