Members learn skills in the areas of distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relating. Groups focus on improving one’s ability to handle distress without losing control and acting destructively.

Fiber - and its importance in the diet.

Members will learn about the importance of fiber in the diet and its impact on mental health. They will learn to identify foods that are rich in fiber and their impact on overall mental health and self esteem. Members will also learn how aspects of their current emotions and symptoms correlate with their current diet and ways to foster change as needed.

SibShop (Ages 8-11)
SibShops is a national program for children who have a sibling with special needs and/or mental health struggles, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD/ADD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, OCD/ODD, Bipolar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc. SibShops provides peer support within a safe and supportive environment and gives children a space to share both their joys and concerns with other siblings.
