Topic: Hydration, Fiber & Emotional Wellbeing

This workshop explores the vital connection between physical and emotional health. Participants will learn why staying hydrated is essential for focus, energy, and mood, how much water is generally recommended for children and adults, and the powerful role of fiber in supporting gut health and emotional regulation. Practical tips will be shared to help families build simple, everyday habits that strengthen both body and mind.

Members will learn about the importance of fiber in the diet and its impact on mental health. They will learn to identify foods that are rich in fiber and their impact on overall mental health and self-esteem. Members will also learn how aspects of their current emotions and symptoms correlate with their current diet and ways to foster change as needed.
