Topic: Hunger vs Craving

  • Participants will learn about the difference between hunger and cravings. They will learn to identify the cues of hunger vs craving and how to manage them. They will also learn about the relationship between mood, hunger and cravings.


Miss Adila, RDN

Adila Fakhar received a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics (BSC), and a Master of Science in Nutrition (MSC) at the University of Karachi, Pakistan respectively. Fakhar attended a Dietetic Internship Program at Meredith College, Raleigh, NC, and received a Certificate in Obesity Intervention in Adults. Adila volunteers for Meals on Wheels in Madison, NJ, and is a board member for the Madison Marching Band Booster Club at Madison High School. Outside work, Adila enjoys cooking, baking, pickleball, and spending time with her family.
